O PROCESSO
As estampas foram criadas durante o curso “Ilustração
digital de patterns inspirados na fauna e na flora” da ar-
tista francesa Laura Lhuillier na plataforma Domestika.
Nesse curso, escolhemos um bioma/paisagem como
base para ilustrações que se tornarão posteriormente
um padrão. No meu caso, por ter nascido no Mato
Grosso - Brasil, escolhi a temática “Cerrado”para as
ilustrações-base das estampas. Apesar de inspiradas
na realidade, as plantas apresentam elementos da
fantasia e da imaginação, daí o nome Cerra-
do Mágico.

In this course, we chose a biome/landscape as
basis for illustrations that will later become
a pattern. In my case, because I was born in Mato
Grosso - Brazil, I chose the theme “Cerrado” for the
base illustrations of the prints. Despite being inspired by
real plants, the illustrations present elements of the
fantasy and imagination, hence the name Magic
Cerrado.

APLICAÇÕES
A estampa Cerrado Mágico foi feita em duas versões
(dia e noite), aumentando as possibilidades de aplica-
ção. Gosto de pensar que as versões também acom-
panham a vida no Cerrado e que, ao vermos as duas,
estamos presenciando o passar do dia no Centro-Oeste
brasileiro.
APPLICATIONS
The "Magic Cerrado" print was made in two versions
(day and night), increasing the possibilities of application.
